I love gardening and cooking the things I grow in my garden. I also love hot sauce. Like really hot sauce. Like many of us during the pandemic, my love for gardening and cooking birthed a new hobby - making my own hot sauce. I experimented with a variety of recipes and finally settled on the general ones I sell now.

I made so much the first year that I decided to give it away as holiday gifts. It was a huge hit! Friends and family love the flavor and the spice and keep asking for more. More than one of them actually travels with it.

Demand continued to grow over the years and here I am. The peppers are grown in my garden, and each small batch is produced with love by me in the commercial kitchen in the Monte Rio Community Center. Enjoy this delicious heat!
